Privacy Policy

1. Scope

UGC Autopilot ("the App") is a private automation tool operated by Landon King ("the Operator"). It has no end users other than the Operator and collects no information from members of the public.

2. Data the App handles

• Platform credentials: OAuth access tokens for the Operator's own Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts. They are stored encrypted-at-rest on a server the Operator controls, used solely to publish the Operator's own videos and read their performance metrics, and can be revoked by the Operator at any time from each platform's settings.
• Content and metrics: the videos the App creates and the public performance statistics (views, likes, comments counts) the platforms report for them.

3. What the App does not do

• It does not collect, store, or process personal data of viewers, followers, or any third party.
• It does not sell, share, or transfer data to anyone.
• It does not use platform data for advertising or profiling.

4. Third-party platforms

Data exchanged with Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and YouTube (Google) is governed by their respective privacy policies. The App accesses them only through official APIs with the Operator's authorization.

5. Retention and deletion

Rendered videos are deleted from the App's storage after publication (within days). Tokens are deleted when the Operator revokes access. To request deletion of any data, contact the Operator through any of the social accounts the App posts to.

6. Changes

Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
